I told the front desk about it and they said they were having a problem with their satellite at the time and to call my bank which I did directly from the ship. Wachovia told me to call them when I get back and they put the money back into my account. Then two months later they took it out again. I called to complain and was told that it was to long ago to do anything about it. At that point Lost my temper and had to tell them off as politley as I could at the time. I filed an appeal in May and did not hear from them - I waited until 7/17 called them amd was treated very rudly by the receptionist andd told this was to old to take care of - I then asked to a supervisor and was given one ( who knows if it was even a supervisor ) and was told to fax all the papers over and he would call me back FOR SURE the next day 7/18. Well that did not happen - I called yesterday 8/6 asking for that supervisor - they had no idea who I was talking about - then told me he wasn't at his desk!!!! This is a lot of money to me and I would like to get this taken care of. It has been 8 months and I have been given the shaft and no one to even try to help me. I would like to write to the President of Wachovia and tell him how his branch is run but I know he will never get the letter. So now what do I do??? What is my recourse? |

I know that I can not see checks until after they post to your account (unless they are converted into electronic items... and even then i can t see them.. I have to call into our ACH dept to know about them) Items post every morning after midnight. If Wachovia is anything like my bank (and most bank programs and products are very similar) they were telling you the truth. going to a differnt bank will not help you in this regard. |
