Recently changed from crown to free checking, I have had more problems since then. Now they have holds on my account, I cannot write a check and cash it nor can I make a deposit without a week hold put on the account. The only way I can do any transactions is atm or checkcard.

To complain against wachovia go to helpwithmybank.gov, this is through the OCC that regulates the national banks not the FDIC. Please send a complaint against them so we can shut them down. I contacted the office of president with wachovia still no help. with my issue
