I look forward to the day that this bank has gets in trouble for the way they use their holds and other tricks to get fees from their customers. Their online system is set up to not let you know what you have in the bank so they can hit you with every
overdraft fee and other fees they can think of. Yesterday I was hit with $70 in
overdraft fees and today $210 in fees. I called them and was told that you cant just use the online system as its not always accurate. Then I was offered 10% of the
money they stole from me like they were doing me a favor. I could only imagine what they do to the elderly people who live on a
fixed income in this country. Their
upper management should not only be ashamed of what they do but they should be arrested. A truly heartless,ruthless bunch of skum that run this company only to rip off everbody they can.

I totally agree with you, wachovia has been breaking my pockets with their outrageous overdraft fees. I have been over drafted when money was in my account at the time of purchase. I'm really done with them at this point, i'll be closing my checking account in the very near future.
