I deposited an out of state check on 2/2/09, on 2/4/09 it was cleared for me to use. I paid over $2,000 on bills. On 2/5/09 Wachovia said check was bad. Now I owe Wachovia when they cleared a check then took it back. I trusted that the check was good. I have deposited other out of state checks and they have held them for up to 6 days before posting. What I consider under preforming Wachovia just considers no problem at all. I have banked at Wachovia for 6 years this is the way they treat me.
