Wachovia has failed repeatedly to deliver on-line payments I posted. However, when delinquency/ late fees occurred, they refused to pay them, using lame arguments such as "read your Customer agreement", "our research showed that", refusing to aknowledge obvious facts. Even worse, there is no consumer advocacy available through the bank, and the local branch officers, while agreeing with you, do absolutely nothing.

All in all, Wachovia on-line banking Customer Service is abysmal, ranging from outright hostile, to overly accommodating and attending, but offering erroneous information. And again, the local branch advocate role is non-existent.
