What happened to the gentleman with his deposit and then overdraft fees, is now happening to me. I had $258. cleared in my account, I used my debit card for a few items. Mon before I went to bank to make a deposit to pay my Ford Credit Whammo it showed I owed them ($235 in overdraft fees)

I received the same Customer Service answers as everyone else.

My husband has not worked since Oct. 07 and I lost my job 2 weeks ago, today we are legelly poverty but Wachovia steals from people and gets away with it. Don't know what to do.

Cancel your internet subscription, stop spending money you don't have. Start reading contracts and forms you sign reguarding your money. Get a job?
