Wachovia Bank - Wachovia- $100 has vanished at the drive thru deposit 2 weeks in a row.
I have banked with Wachovia for 20 years and this has never happened.Last week I made a deposit of $680 which had been counted by myself, my boss and an associate.
I was told by the teller it was only $580. Today I made a deposit of $580 to be told by the teller it was $480. Is this happening to others? What can you do?
No one can afford to lose $100 each time they make a deposit. The branch is refusing to give me a regional manager contact.
