Wachovia wrongfully increased our car note, charging us for auto insurance we already had. Upon satisfactory proof of insurance, Wachovia still did not correct the car note amount due , even after sending an acknowledgement statement.
Wachovia forced us to pay the increased amount. Wachovia collectors, and automated billing would not accept the correct amount.
While we were trying to get the matter corrected, Wachovia had the car towed away claiming a delay in payment. Wachovia then sold our car and are billing us for the market value balance. Wachovia took our cars (including our trade-in) and ruined our credit.
